Anthony Powell Society 25th Anniversary Celebrations
Lunch, Friday 6 June
The Society is hosting a lunch at The National Liberal Club (Whitehall Place, London SW1) on Friday 6 June.
We will be joined at the lunch by various guests including Lady Antonia Fraser, Jilly Cooper, Hilary Spurling, Michael Barber, DJ Taylor, and Melvyn Bragg, as well as members of the Powell and Mount families including our President Ferdinand Mount. Members will be able to mingle with our guests during pre-lunch drinks, and over lunch hear from some of the guests about Anthony Powell and his work, and the role of the Society.
Tickets are priced at £75 for members and £90 for guests & non-members. Booking closes on 14 May.
The ticket covers a 3 course lunch with wine and tea/coffee in the David Lloyd George room, and a pre-lunch drink which (weather permitting) will be served on the Club’s terrace overlooking the Thames. There will be a vegetarian option and an opportunity to register any dietary restrictions. The lunch is on Friday 6 June, 12 noon for 13:00.

Note 1: Due to expected demand, tickets will be restricted to one member and one non-member per booking, which will be strictly enforced.
